Do you think a high profile serial killer can get a fair trial?

In fact most high profile cases in the civilized states, not the redneck, Nazi, or Bible belt can be get at least a minimal level of fair handling. If only because cops, forensics, DA, and judges realize that they will face post conviction reviews. So while a conviction is vital to take them all, ( OJ’s judge, L. Ito, and D.A., M. Clark were idiots), and their careers. They can’t risk being sloppily sleazy
The California system lets a pack of ex-prosecutors in robes run LA’s county courts. They elected nothing but D.A. judges to be their leaders, presiding judges, over every aspect of criminal courts. (They) had absolute control over exactly which bottom feeding lawyer got which cases. I got three absolutely useless hacks : Karl Henry did nothing all. Paul Geragos was exposed for taking over a dozen appointed cases, doing nearly no work on them and running a conviction factory. HE came to jail to visit up to six men in a row. 10 minutes each and filed over an hour to each case. I got him off my case by demanding a hearing on those facts. He cut and ran to avoid fraud charges, and having to pay back all of those tax dollars. Maxwell S. Key was a bankrupt drunk upon charges for the theft from clients. The judge (ex-DA) Gordon Ringer, hand-picked this known alcoholic. The two of them had a history when Ringer was a DA on Charles Manson case. In that case, Keith engaged in misconduct which no sober lawyer would have done. He replaced a dead lawyer mid trial and pretended to represent Leslie Van Houtin! He got her convicted and sent to death row, but the court threw it out because of Keith sleazy incompetence. Keith was disbarred on November 25 of became final, on Christmas Day. ( I think it was 1996) His Boozing was use an excuse for his thefts and sleaze. But the court didn’t buy it.
In this case, if it wasn’t for corrupt judges Ringer and Ricky Torres appointing and forcing me to trial with those drunks and hacks. (Geragos’ son is Mark Geragos, the self described famous defense Attorney_ another Self inflated ego in an expensive suit) Id have easily shown the three defenses to the jury, and won acquittal. I couldn’t have been the killer; Carol and Jack were: and the state’s case was a stack of coerced perjury, fake evidence ,and cover ups. The very simple fact that this is a copycat case based on Ted Bundy was and still is denied by the legally incompetent cops. Detective Leroy Orozco said on a DVD he sees no clues that would prompt him to even begin to suspect this was a copycat case of the Ted Bundy book Carol talk so proudly in her letter ( in court. ) Yet this same detective said he suspected a copycat was at work copying the Hillside case, because Cindy Chandler and Gina Moranos bodies were found in the same vicinity as the Hillside strangler victim Yolanda Washington.

Do you have friends on death row? Who are they?

I don’t consider death row place where you’d need or make friends. Some people here formed friendships in prison, got out , and killed people together . Carol Bundys best friend in California institution for women was another mild-mannered old white gal named Dorthea Puente. Carol coached her in her M.O changes. Dorothy got out and planted 8 men in her front and rear yards and threw one in the river when she ran out of places bury bodies. Clarence Ray Allen and Billy Harrington met in prison, Norris And Bittaker, many others. I have people I befriend ,talk with often share light conversations, do legal work for, and generally out of situational necessity consider friendly. Many guys here do this same thing. Like some befriended Theodore Frank , or a scum named Memro goes by the name Reno to hide from his “case”. These are two classic examples of people whom it is likely you’d kill given the chance if you met them and knew what they did. I despise them and made it clear, Very openly, but others here tend to hang out with that sort of vile, clearly guilty, pervert. Anthony Sully is one who seems to collect the most depraved people here, as his “friends.
Frank, Memro, R. Benson, nothing, is too low a life for that serial killer Jack Sully to be buddies with. Sully is an ex cop here so he is often looked in a position of having to be leader of a pretty sick pack. I tend to talk with almost anyone but these sick hicks- and rats. Pack rats and rat packs. I don’t care for either.
Gang bangers Fucked up everything we had here over the years. They hand the authorities excuses to stop programs, privileges, etc., brain-dead, herd mentality, gang morons, are steadily making all prisons into sewers. Then they whine about how bad life in their sewer is.

What do you think of the Guards on DR?

In Most in most prisons where death row is housed, is a very sick phenomenon amongst guards, top to bottom a few 5% or less of San Quentins guards are straight up cowards. They sweat, they tremble, they are really mentally unable to keep coming to work except by luck. They into the safest jobs outside of sitting up in the guard tower, which is death row. In most towers, cowards tend to be. Things always except told the years since we were all put into handcuffs 1988 this unit has been a veritable wa -fest for those punks and cowards. They tend to be ashamed of feeling so scared, so they act out, beating down handcuffed prisoners for no reasons, and never the connected gang members always weak, feeble, fat, etc.. “Ward” is one of those scumbags, and he’s always swaggering around. His own peers can’t stand him. They know or sese he is a fake. See? so when assholes “promote” they still cling to this unit . It is scary out in the unlocked mobs of convicts on the Main line. One (Fuller) talks all prison slang, “How ya doing”, etc. when the is outside of the unit on other jobs. Then he is all tough guy, threatening and intimidating in here, because he’s safe in here. We’re all well behaved and handcuffed. So in a few months, this deal is toast, and Ive got to wake up 550 basically stupid or complacent or inert inmates to the fact things are about to get pretty crazy- and we need to restart the engine on our 1979 lawsuit the decree was put in place to stop.
